Limited Lifetime Warranty (if purchased separately)
If you opted in during checkout, you are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on PawMute.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or authorized dealers. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper storage, or modification.
Send returns with proof of purchase. We’ll inspect the product and repair or replace if eligible. You are responsible for shipping it to us. We’ll cover return shipping if approved.
PAWMUTE AND ITS AGENTS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages — in those cases, limits may not apply.
SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawMute, its affiliates, directors, and partners from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining Terms.
SECTION 18 - TERMINATION
You may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach any provision. Obligations before termination survive.
SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and PawMute regarding the Service. No oral or written agreements override these terms.
SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. You agree to submit to its courts for dispute resolution.
SECTION 21 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SECTION 22 - CONTACT INFORMATION
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are sold as is. All sales are final.
We offer exchanges or store credit if returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the facility address we provide.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Personal care items
Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.
EEA Customers: You have 14 days to notify us of a return, and 14 additional days to send the item back. Refunds include delivery costs, subject to processing timelines.
If you're shipping items over $75, use trackable shipping. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
